I came home last week and saw that my garage epoxy floor was starting to peel right where my rear left tire lays while parked. The floor was installed by the home builder and it’s 5 years old. It couldn’t have happened at a worst time since my husband just had knee surgery and will have impaired mobility for up to 8 weeks. Then you have the holidays upon us. I needed someone willing to do a repair, so that I could get past the holidays and then in the new year redo the entire garage floor. Easier said than done. Nobody wants to do a repair of work that they didn’t do. They don’t know what products were used, what color epoxy was used, what formula. I reached out to Floor Care Pros and Anthony called me. He was willing to patch the spot that was lifting and explained that it wouldn’t match 100% but he could patch so that it wouldn’t keep lifting and peeling. Anthony & Oscar came to my home, saw the spot lifting, quoted me a reasonable price to patch it and 2 days later, they were patching the garage floor. As expected, it doesn’t match exactly, it’s a bit darker than the original floor, but it will do for now until I can get the entire garage floor done in 3-4 months. They are professional and attentive. They take pride in their work, which is important. They follow up with you to make sure you are happy with their service. I am very happy with them. I would recommend them. Although getting the entire floor done in the future will be a project (we need to remove the water softener, brine tank, and water filtration tank, and the cars can’t come back in for 5 days) we are looking forward to having the garage done knowing that they are really good at what they do. Bottom line, I recommend them. It’s a small business, not a chain or franchise, and they care and take pride in their work.

Found our new favorite business! Beyond professional start to finish! Had embarrassingly dirty grout which we weren't expecting to be restored but the guys literally returned it to looking brand new.
